BEETROOT DIP

Ingredients:
200-225 gm tin of Beetroot
250 gm Cream Cheese

Recipe:
Put beetroot with its juice in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
Add cream cheese and blend until a creamy paste.
Enjoy with crisp nachos or crudites
